Quotations & Acceptance

All quotations are subject to prior sale, immediate acceptance, and change without notice. Orders may not be cancelled except by mutual written consent. This quotation constitutes the entire agreement, and any terms in Buyer’s purchase order that conflict with these terms are void. All prior discussions or representations are superseded.

Condition of Equipment – AS-IS Sale

All equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, unless expressly stated in writing. Buyer acknowledges the opportunity to inspect the equipment or arrange a third-party inspection prior to purchase.

Specifications & Listings Disclaimer

All specifications, hours, capacities, and features are approximate and provided for reference only, and may be based on manufacturer catalogs, brochures, or available documentation. Such information may not reflect the exact as-built, as-configured, or current condition of the specific machine offered.

Buyer is solely responsible for verifying all specifications, hours, condition, and included items prior to purchase.

Accessories or tooling shown in photos or videos are included only if specifically listed on the invoice.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Rigging, shipping, unloading, and installation are the responsibility of Buyer unless otherwise specified in writing. If Production Asset assists in arranging transportation, it does so solely as Buyer’s agent.

Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon loading onto the carrier, regardless of who arranges or pays for freight. Buyer is responsible for transit insurance and for filing any damage claims directly with the carrier.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices exclude applicable state, county, or federal taxes, which shall be added where required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Production Asset expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, relating to the equipment, its performance, operation, accessories, or suitability for any use.
